A Job Coach will provide support to assist you to find suitable candidates to fill any vacancies which may arise. Employability Service is a free recruitment service available to all employers.

If you would like to work with us on a vacancy / inclusivity in the workplace, please contact us:
- We can have an informal chat.
- You can provide us with information on your vacancy, detailing as much information on the role as possible, such as a job description, location of role and hours required.
- Once we have this information, we will select candidates that we feel are suitable and with their permission forward their CV to you.
- If you feel someone matches the skills you are looking for, we can set up a meeting / interview or work trial to ensure that they are the perfect fit for your business.
- Employability Service offers support in job mentoring (if required), assistance in accessing grants to support your new employee (if required) and helping with any employment related questions or concerns.
- WSS Wage Subsidy Scheme (DSP Initiative) - provides financial support to employers who employ individuals with a disability. The work offered must be for a minimum of 15 hours of work per week. Employers can claim the subsidy for up to 39 hours per week. The subsidy rate is between €7.50 and €10 per hour. The rate depends on how many employees the employer hires under the scheme. Learn More
- Work and Access Programme (DSP Initiative) - provides a range of supports to assist jobseekers with disabilities in securing and maintaining employment. Its goal is to eliminate or lessen barriers in the workplace and to help employers take reasonable steps to accommodate the needs of employees and jobseekers. Learn More
- WPEP Work Placement Employment Programme (DSP Initiative) - is a 6-month, 30 hour per week voluntary work and training experience programme. The WPEP allows employers to host a jobseeker on a work experience placement, helping the jobseeker to build new skills and gain valuable work experience. Learn More
- JobsPlus (DSP Initiative) - is an employer incentive which encourages and rewards employers who offer employment opportunities to individuals who are unemployed. It provides employers with two levels of payment: €7,500 or €10,000 over 18 months, with the level of payment depending on the age of the jobseeker and the length of time in receipt of a qualifying payment.
