Our goal is to help jobseekers find meaningful work and to stay employed with confidence and support. We offer personalised guidance through every step of your employment journey and work closely with employers to build inclusive workplaces

Employability Wexford works with employers who are actively recruiting and those interested in building an inclusive workforce. A Job Coach will provide support to assist you to find suitable candidates to fill any vacancies which may arise. Employability Service is a free recruitment service available to all employers.
Employability Service Wexford supports people with disabilities or support needs to find and maintain employment in the open labour market. We are part of the national network of Employability Services funded by the Department of Social Protection (DSP). Our experienced team of Job Coaches work one-to-one with individuals and employers to ensure successful employment outcomes.
